Biosensors and Light in Dance

Intense two-day workshop was an introduction to the interactive light stage design for dance, theatre or other stage performances. On the first day, the participants developed their biosensor prototypes and programmed intelligent lights to dynamically respond to bio-signals transmitted by the sensors from a human body (heartbeat, muscle activity). On the day two, they experimented to come up with their own interactive light design concept in cooperation with dancer Alica Minar. The final work was presented at the BYOB (Bring Your Own Beamer) exhibition in the Podnik Club, Prague.
